Revitalization of Dolní Kokotský pond

The pond, founded in the 16th century on the site of the extinct village of Kokotsko, did not retain water sufficiently in the landscape and was a potential threat in the event of a flood. As a result, revitalization measures were put in place in the form of securing the dike, reconstructing the littoral zones and removing the earth embankments that prevented inflow.
