Revitalization of the Ženich „Groom“ Stream near Hrad Nečtiny

Between the villages of Nové Městečko and Hrad Nečtiny, a part of a forest watercourse was revitalized along with the restoration of a water hole. Thanks to the revitalization, the water from the pool feeds the surrounding landscape during the dry summer months and, in contrast, is retained by the pool during heavy rainfall. A habitat has also formed that has become home to many rare animal species.
