Water management and erosion control measures near Měčín

The extensive, undivided land blocks on the sloping land around Měčín needed more care. Following the comprehensive land consolidation, the State Land Office built a set of boundaries and ditches supplemented with grassing. The measures are designed to safely drain rainwater and slow down its outflow. They will also help to protect the soil from erosion.
